How it works
Set it up once and it does the remembering. Here is what happens behind the one button, and where your information goes.
1. Set it up in about a minute
Open My Accomplishments in Teams and tap Set me up. One sign-in card asks for permission to read your own Outlook, Teams, and files, and you click Allow. It then builds everything it needs on your own account. There is nothing to install on your computer and nothing for IT to run for you after the app is approved once.
Tapping it again is safe. If you are already set up, it just tells you so.
2. It fills in your past year
Most tools like this start from a blank page, which is useless the week before a review. This one reads back through your last 12 months on its first run and builds your history month by month. You get one email when your past year is ready.
3. It keeps up every week
Once a week it looks at what changed in three places:
- Outlook email you sent and received
- Teams chats you were part of
- Meeting transcripts, when your company has Teams transcription turned on
It uses AI to pull the real accomplishments out of the day-to-day noise, removes duplicates so you never get the same win twice, and saves short summaries, each with a brief quote from the source so you can see where it came from. It does not save your inbox, chats, or full transcripts.
4. Ask whenever you need it
Talk to it in Teams in plain words. A few things people ask:
- "Recap what I did last quarter."
- "Turn that into review bullets."
- "Just the ones with a real number."
- "What should I lead with in my review?"
- "Remember that I mentored two new designers this month."
It learns how you write and talk from your own messages, so drafts sound like you. When a win has no number behind it, it says so instead of making one up.
What your company needs
It runs on Microsoft tools your company may already pay for. Here is the full list, so there are no surprises later.
- Microsoft 365
- Outlook and Teams on a work or school account.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Runs the chat assistant inside Teams.
- Power Automate Premium
- One license for each person, from Microsoft. It runs the weekly capture in the background, which uses a premium connector. Microsoft lists it at $15 per person a month, paid yearly (October 2026).
- AI prompt credits
- Power Platform AI prompts pull the accomplishments out of your week, using your existing AI Builder or Copilot credits.
- Meeting transcripts Optional
- Turn on Teams transcription to include meetings. Email and chats work without it.
- One admin approval
- A Microsoft 365 admin approves the app in Teams once. After that, each person sets themselves up.

Where your information lives
Everything runs inside your company's own Microsoft 365, on your own sign-in. Your summaries are saved in your own account, and only you can read them. Your manager and HR cannot see them, there is no central dashboard, and none of it ever comes to us. If you stop using it, your history stays yours to keep or delete.
Updates
Each person's setup checks for new versions on its own and installs them. Every improvement is included in the subscription, and you never have to reinstall.
