Never scramble at review time again.
A private assistant for Microsoft 365. It keeps track of what you get done across Outlook, Teams chats, and meetings, then writes it up in your own voice whenever you need it.
An example conversation. Ask in plain words and it reshapes the same work into whatever you need.
Example: you ask for a recap of last quarter and it replies in your own voice. Then you turn that recap into review bullets, filter to only the wins with a real number, and ask what to lead with. It flags wins that still need a number instead of inventing one.
Set it up once. It remembers the rest.
No forms, no weekly journaling, no new habit to keep. It works from what you already do.
Tap Set me up
Open it in Teams, tap one button, and click Allow. It sets everything up on your own account in about a minute.
It fills in your past year
On day one it reads back through the last 12 months and builds your history, so you start with a full record, not a blank page.
It keeps up every week
Each week it pulls the real accomplishments out of your email, chats, and meetings, and skips anything it already has.
Ask whenever you need it
Recap a quarter, draft review bullets, or ask what to lead with. You can also tell it something to remember.
Built to be trusted with your work.
Never invents a number
It only uses metrics that actually show up in your work. If one is missing, it tells you to go find it. Nothing gets padded.
Sounds like you
It learns how you write and talk from your own emails, chats, and meetings. Drafts land close to usable, not like a corporate report.
Private to you
Your history is saved in your own Microsoft 365 account. Your manager, HR, and we cannot see it. There is no central view.
Stays current on its own
New versions install themselves. You get every improvement without lifting a finger.
One simple price. Nothing hidden.
It installs into your company's own Microsoft 365, so there is nothing for us to host and none of your data comes to us. That is why it can cost this little.
About $1.25 per person, per month
- Every update, for as long as you subscribe
- Each person sets themselves up in about a minute
- Billed once a year by invoice
What your company needs
It runs on Microsoft tools your company may already pay for. Here is the full list, so there are no surprises later.
- Microsoft 365
- Outlook and Teams on a work or school account.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Runs the chat assistant inside Teams.
- Power Automate premium
- Runs the weekly capture in the background. It uses the Dataverse connector, which is a premium connector.
- AI prompt credits
- Power Platform AI prompts pull the accomplishments out of your week, using your existing AI Builder or Copilot credits.
- Meeting transcriptsOptional
- Turn on Teams transcription to include meetings. Email and chats work without it.
- One admin approval
- A Microsoft 365 admin approves the app in Teams once. After that, each person sets themselves up.

Questions people ask first
Can my manager or HR see my accomplishments?
No. Your history is saved in your own Microsoft 365 account and only you can read it. There is no admin dashboard and no central view, and we never see it either.
Does my data leave my company?
No. Everything runs inside your company's Microsoft 365, on your own sign-in. We do not host anything that touches your email, chats, or meetings.
What if I only start right before my review?
That works. On day one it reads back through your last 12 months, so you start with a full year of history.
Will it make things up?
It is built not to. It only uses numbers that actually appear in your work, and when a win is missing a number, it tells you instead of inventing one.
Why I made this
Most of us get a huge amount done, and we forget it fast. By review time we remember the big projects and lose the hundred smaller things that mattered just as much.
So I built a way to capture that work as it happens. Private, nothing to set up, nothing to maintain. It is useful for a lot more than reviews too: a resume refresh, a promotion case, or just remembering what last month actually looked like.
If there is something you would want it to do, tell me when you sign up. I read every one.
